ILIP GOLD SPONSOR AT THE CIBUS TEC FORUM: SUSTAINABILITY AND ECO-DESIGN FOR FRESH FOOD PACKAGING
In Parma (27-28 October 2025, Hall 07-08, Stand F025), the company will present its complete range of fresh food trays, from the SliceMaster, HeatSealing Master and StretchMaster lines to the closed-loop T2T R-PET® (Tray to Tray).
Valsamoggia (BO) 13th October 2025 – ILIP will be a key player at the Cibus Tec Forum 2025 (Parma Exhibition Centre, 27-28 October) as a GOLD sponsor with its own stand located in Hall 07-08, Stand F025. The event, which precedes the Cibus Tec 2026 international trade fair, is a networking platform aimed at connecting food producers, processors and brands focused on the highest standards of safety, sustainability and innovation.
In this context, ILIP will present its Fresh Food Packaging range, which includes solutions suitable for packaging meat, cold cuts, fish, cheese and fresh pasta.
Among the new products: SliceMaster, trays for packaging cold cuts; HeatSealing Master, heat-sealable trays for modified atmosphere packaging; StretchMaster, trays for packaging on automatic lines with stretch film or flowpack. All lines have been developed according to Eco-Design principles, i.e. a design that aims to ensure the best performance with the minimum use of material and with a design conceived for end-of-life recycling. This approach makes it possible to reduce the weight of packaging and increase its sustainability without compromising its functionality.
Great attention will be paid to the T2T R-PET® (tray to tray) process, a concrete example of a closed circular economy: ILIP produces new PET trays recycled not only from bottles, but also from post-consumer trays and punnets. The vertical integration of the process allows direct control of all stages of recycling, ensuring traceability, quality and a tangible contribution to reducing emissions and the use of virgin raw materials.
‘It is extremely interesting to participate in the Cibus Tec Forum,’ emphasises Giovanni Donini, Business Manager Food Service and Fresh Food Packaging at ILIP, ‘because it gives us the opportunity to gather direct feedback from the market and develop new partnerships. Our solutions are designed to combine functionality and sustainability, supporting the transition towards increasingly circular and eco-responsible food packaging.’
