Besides the new Salesman, the fresh produce and food service packaging company will now have a UK stock holding in order to improve its service to customers<\/h2>\n

VALSAMOGGIA (20th<\/sup> April 2017) \u2013 Darren Percy is the new Area Sales Manager & Business Development Manager for ILIP, European leader in the thermoformed food packaging sector, according to an announcement made today.<\/p>\n

Darren Percy has a significant experience in the food packaging business, having worked for major European food packaging companies. ILIP\u2019s new UK Area Sales Manager & Business Development Manager, commented: \u201cI am enthusiastic about my new position with ILIP and I’m very much looking forward to starting work within this great team\u201d.<\/p>\n

As Area Sales Manager, Darren will be responsible for consolidating and further developing the position held by ILIP in the fresh produce packaging market, while as Business Development Manager he will be looking to open towards new markets in the Foodservice Packaging sector. In addition to his appointment, the company also announced to open a warehouse in the UK. This choice reflects ILIP philosophy of being closer to its customers supporting them with a better and more effective service.<\/p>\n

\u201cILIP is investing on the UK market because we consider it as the most innovative and dynamic market for fresh produce packaging\u201d – commented Roberto Zanichelli, Sales & Marketing Director at ILIP \u2013 \u201cWe believe that a stronger and more effective direct presence in the UK will enable us to collaborate even closer with UK retailers and packers and the new warehouse will help us to improve our service level\u201d.<\/p>\n
