ILIP’s products made from PLA, a natural polymer derived from corn starch, are 100% biodegradable and compostable. Confirming this is the certification issued by the CIC, the Italian Composters Consortium. The CIC marking certifies that ILIP’s PLA products will degrade entirely during the composting process (UNI EN 13432).
